Ingredients

• 2 eggs

• 2 tbsp coconut oil

• 350 ml coffee

• 1 pinch vanilla extract

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or ground ginger

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. You need to be quick so the eggs don’t cook in the boiling water! Drink immediately.

Tips

If you’re craving hot chocolate, or just want a plain latte, replace the spices with 1 tablespoon of cocoa or instant coffee.
